This somewhat unconventional chair will surprise you! Original design dates back to the 1800's. The German designed frame folds out in two directions for great stability and strength. The seat slides down over the frame and the carrying bag slips down on the posts to form the backrest. Six easy steps, no tools required. (Click on inset picture) The carrying bag has both a sewn in handle or shoulder strap. All hardwood construction with a natural varnish finish, it is weather resistant and durable. Finally and most importantly, everyone who has used this chair has commented how comfortable it is.
Without armrests, it is the perfect chair for musicians to pick in at festivals or with friends. For sportsman, it is easily packed in and great for camping, fishing, or hunting.

Note: These chairs are overstock from the manufacturer and normally sell for three times the price offered here. Be aware that they may have rust on the screws and/or small rust stains on the fabric.

I got this chair for motorcycle adventure camping. Solid and confortable chair. The only downside is it is heavier than I expected but that is the cost of being sturdy and not such a factor since weight is not an issue with a motorcycle. This chair appears to be constructed to last.
